Gourmet market

Enjoy a sunny Sunday strolling through the streets of Evolène during the Gourmet Market on September 21.

At 3:00 p.m., you can take part in a guided tour of the Marie Métrailler trail, followed by a weaving demonstration at the Marie Métrailler Workshop stand.

The day will also be enlivened by various activities, including a concert on the Schwyz accordion by Adrien Perrin.

The village restaurants will also join the celebration by offering their usual menus, allowing you to enjoy their flavors right in the heart of the market.
Please note that the Hôtel Restaurant Eden will additionally serve, alongside its regular menu, homemade lasagna with local mushrooms and pumpkin, as well as a hand-cut venison tartare.
