With more than 330 km of trails, the valley offers a wide variety of cycling experiences, from familly-friendly rides to more technical alpine challenges such as the legendary Grand Raid route linking Hérémence to Saint-Martin via Evolène. Thanks to e-bikes and adapted infrastructures, everyone can explore authentic villages, alpine pastures and spectaculat panoramas at their own pace. 

For gentler electric bikes, available for hire in local sports shops as well as at the Saint-Martin Tourist Office, you can explore Val d'Hérens freely and affortlessly. A comfortable and accessible way to fully enjoy the scenery, combining pleasure, comfort and adventure. 

All proposed routes haves been approved by the relevant authorities, and the "Bike Friendly" partners are committed to offering services and hospitality tailored to cyclists. Val d'Hérens has become a leading mountain biking destination, where a passion for cycling and respect for other trail users go hand in hand.
