In the heart of the village of Hérémence, this house built in 1776 takes you into the daily life of a family from Heremence at the beginning of the 20th century. Fully furnished with period objects, it reflects a simple, tough lifestyle deeply rooted in Alpine traditions.

Here, you will discover drawer beds, soapstone stoves that heat the space, solid wood furniture, kitchen utensils, and even the details of household linen. Every corner evokes a time when warmth, mutual aid, and resourcefulness were at the core of domestic life.
