Cross country skiing - Pralong / Val des Dix

Pralong is a Nordic area off the beaten track, perfectly groomed with trails for beginners and skating runs for demanding cross-country skiers. 
Its geographical location, at the foot of Grande Dixence and beside the Dixence river, means that it enjoys excellent snow conditions from December to March. 
The cross-country course is 6km long, with a gentle gradient of 70m. 

The Pralong Nordic area is part of Romandie Ski de Fond and complements the ‘Evolène-Les Haudères/Arolla’ sector : routes

Access cards are compulsory and can be purchased :

• online.
• at the Hérémence Tourist Office
• at the Café-Restaurant du Val des Dix in Pralong

Access to the domain is free for children under 16.
