Perched above Suen, the Loveignoz mountain pasture invites you to take a gourmet break in the heart of the Alps. Lise and her team warmly welcome you tu the refreshment bar, where you can enjoy regional specialties in an authentic alpine setting. 

A true symbol of the place, Lise has played a key role in revitalizing the pasture through her expertise and the exceptionaé quality of her cheeses. Every summer, she produces nearly 5500 kg of raclette cheese and tommes, which are available for purchase directly on site.

A new building, located between the cowshed and the shepherds' house, now houses the refreshment bar, a friendly space that highlights both local porducts and traditional heritage. An unmissable stop for all lovers of nature and genuine alpine flavors.
