The Flavours Trail – Evolène Terroir

Let yourself be guided from village to village by the authentic flavours of the Evolène region. Over the Pentecost weekend, participating restaurants invite you to enjoy a unique culinary experience, combining carefully selected wines with local bites showcasing the products of the Val d’Hérens.

A convivial, delicious and warm experience to discover the municipality of Evolène in a different way, at your own pace, through encounters and moments of indulgence. Competitions will also take place along the trail, offering great prizes for participants.
