La Table d'Hôtes

Of French inspiration with an opening towards other cuisines of the World, gourmet, colourful, classic and innovative, the table d'hôtes of Joris et Laëtitia is regularly renewed with new flavours and colours while keeping the spirit that animates it: freshness, balance and health.

The unique menu, consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert prepared on the same day, changes every day and can be adapted to individual diets and choices as far as possible: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free (depending on the availability of ingredients).

The service is at 19:00 and takes place in the panoramic dining room, amidst the large bay windows, in the shimmering and friendly atmosphere of the candelabra and, in winter, an open fire.
