Climbing: Long-route autonomy for adults

Two days to gain independence and discover the magic of multi-pitch climbing!

Want to take the next step and feel comfortable on multi-pitch routes? This course is for climbers who already have a basic understanding of lead climbing and want to learn how to safely manage a multi-pitch climb. Learning takes place in the field, with a night in a hut to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

What: independence on multi-pitch routes with a night in a hut (2 days)

When:  September 11-12

Audience: adults (aged 17 and over)

Location: Depending on the weather, one of the cliffs in Val D'Hérens (to be confirmed)

Price: $300 per person for 2 days without accommodation/food

Group size: 4-6 people

Prerequisites: lead belaying, level 5b lead climbing indoors or outdoors.

Learning objectives: trip planning, building a belay station, belaying a second climber, rope handling, rappelling.

Equipment rental: $10 for two days

Transportation, meals, and lodging are not included.
