Yoga and mediation, various "Pranayama" breathing exercises.

Preparation and experimentation with cold-water swimming (Lac Bleu 4°).
Barefoot experience.

Free afternoon and massages on reservation.

Loris Hofmann will enthusiastically guide you through these different yoga and cold techniques.

Location: Arolla / La Gouille, Lac Bleu 2000m. Mythical and wild (Valais).

CHF 480 per person, including yoga practice and 2 nights' full board in a shared room or single room on request.
