Market & Raclette in the Heart of Evolène

Come and discover Valaisan cheeses during the Tavolata, taking place on Sunday, July 26th in the Central Street of Evolène.

All you need is a tasting card, available at the two designated cash desks located at each end of the village. Then, simply stroll from stand to stand and enjoy a variety of delicious cheeses!

At the same time, a market will bring the street to life, inviting you to wander among local products, artisanal creations, and all kinds of treasures.
