Currently, venison from red deer hind takes centre stage, featured in a selection of delicious specialities:

• Red deer hind tartare with Tomme cheese from Les Haudères, a delicious blend of tender game meat and local cheese.

• Wood-fire grilled venison, with delicate smoky flavours.

• Traditional venison stew, slowly simmered to perfection.

If you wish to organise an aperitif with friends or colleagues, a business meeting, a family celebration or simply an occasion that is important to you and that deserves an exceptional setting, you have come to the right place at the Petite Auberge de Lannaz, located in an authentic building built at the beginning of the 18th century and carefully renovated to retain all its old-fashioned charm! From 11.45 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (reservations are appreciated for the evening), the kitchen offers you various typical Swiss dishes, prepared over a wood fire.
