This physically demanding mountain bike race is one of the great sporting events of the Valais summer. Every year, the Grand Raid runs from Verbier to Grimentz via Nendaz, Hérémence, Evolène and Saint-Martin.

Route de Volovron 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cantonal road - Volovron junction 7:45 a.m. - 7:50 a.m. / 8:00 a.m. - 8:05 a.m. (alternating traffic)
