Welcome to Pralong. Our small village consisting of a handful of inhabitants is located in the Val-des-Dix, at the bottom of the Val d’Hérens and the foot of the Grande Dixence dam. The restaurant is open every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (except during annual closing). You can enjoy traditional cuisine here at any time (Valais dishes, fondue, raclette – reservation required – , Valais platters, cheeses). Specialities: Caquelon du Val-des-Dix, Macedonian cuisine, seasonal dishes. Homemade desserts
