Concerts in La Sage

The classical concerts of La Sage will take place again this year 2025!

Admission is free, and a collection will be offered at the end of each concert. A friendly drink will follow each performance, offered by Evolène Région Tourisme.

SEASON 2025
For their sixty-second edition, the Concerts de La Sage will be presenting a
programme of seven concerts from 13 July to 13 August, in the warm and intimate setting of the La Sage chapel

From solo recitals to quintets, the programmes will be extremely varied, featuring a
wide range of composers, from Bach to Stravinsky, via Mozart, Beethoven,
Schubert, Franck and Dvorak.

The prize for originality will go to whistler Bertrand Causse, runner-up in the
world whistle championship, who will be at La Sage on 27 July, accompanied by a pianist and a singer.

The season will be crowned by a performance of L'histoire du soldat (music by
Stravinsky to a text by Ramuz) by the Quatuor Messiaen and a narrator.
The varied timetables (11am, 6pm, 8pm) mean that everyone can attend the concerts at
at times that suit them.

22 July: Camille Huguenin (piano), Salomé Saurel (violin)
27 July: Bertrand Causse (whistle), Kim Bernard (piano), Na-Kyung Lee (vocals)
31 July: Lucas Buclin (piano) and the Quatuor Stanislas (violins, viola, cello)
6 August: Trio Europa (violin, violin, viola, cello)
