An article in Migros Magazine about the famous Raymonde!

Like others in the magic potion, Raymonde Pralong Gaspoz fell in love with raclette very early on. This native of Évolène runs an establishment in the main street of the village - Au Vieux Mazot - which has been serving the famous Valaisan speciality over a wood fire since 1986. But you have to go back even further: "I've been scraping since I was five years old. I used to go up every morning to my grandmother's house, who had a small bar in the hamlet of Lannaz, I used to bring her the groceries, I worked with her, nobody forced me, but I just wanted to help, and I was the little darling of the tourists.
